Facebook icon disappears after upgrading to Blackberry OS 4.5

I recently upgraded my Blackberry and afterwards my Facebook app icon disappeared totally!  I found the solution on this helpful Blog: http://blog.tamersabry.com/2008/02/25/icon-disapperaing-from-blackberry-screen/
